One of the things that people have to stop doing including myself is to STOP starting and stopping projects. Look, in this New Media Space, it is imparative that we continue to be consistent with creating content with our new business models. Problem is that no one is holding you accountable for your work but you. We tend to be easy on ourselves unlike our former bosses.
I am really writing this to myself today so that I can continue to grow as a world class broadcaster in the new media space. In my 30 years of radio, I have always had someone looking over my shoulder to make sure I am doing what is required of me. This is the first time I am truly an Independent entity in my 30 plus years in radio.
I left corporate radio back in April 30th 2014 to pursue my dream of becoming an Independent Black man living in America. There have been high's and lows but I am learning so much about my faith in my abilities to provide for myself. I am looking forward to making 2015 the best year of my life by getting back to what I love. Communicating with the masses and creating engaging dialogue.
It has to be on my terms or else nothing else will satisfy my soul!
