I want to thank Dr. Boyce Watkins of www.Yourblackworld.net for publishing one of my latest articles on his website How the Million Man March made the Govt make a move on Black Radio .
I admire him so much as I have sat back and watched him create this great black media machine that has become so relevant in Black America. I am in the process of creating my own media and he has been a great source of inspiration. His media is an example of how we should engage and make people think.
So what is the role of The Black Media?
Is it to regurgitate what we read and see on mainstream news and report from the view point of someone else. Absolutely not. We must tell our own story from our own camera angle lense.
